FAQ
Where do I find my Articles of Organization after filing?
Search for your LLC at sos.oregon.gov/bus/Pages/find.aspx. Your filed documents are accessible through the Business Registry. You can also order certified copies from the Secretary of State (~$10 per document).
Do I need to file my operating agreement anywhere?
No. The operating agreement is a private document kept in your LLC's records. It is never filed with the Secretary of State or any government agency. Keep the original signed copy in a safe location and provide copies to banks or other parties who request it.
How do I access Oregon Revenue Online?
Go to revenueonline.dor.oregon.gov. You can create an account to file returns, make payments, check balances, and manage your Oregon tax obligations electronically.
